                                     Practice includes the representation of employers in the private and
                                     public sectors in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge
                                     litigation, collective bargaining, mediation, arbitration, NLRB and
                                     State Employee Relations Board proceedings, public employee
                                     disciplines, dismissals and layoffs, workers' compensation, OSHA
                                     and FLSA matters.  Labor matters include strikes, injunction
                                     proceedings, secondary boycott litigation, union organizing, unfair
                                     labor practice proceedings, representation proceedings, grievance
                                     arbitrations and prevailing wage litigation.  Employment matters
                                     include sex, sexual harassment, age, race, disability and national
                                     origin discrimination, retaliation and tort claims.  Experience includes
                                     first chairing trials, arbitrations, and administrative agency
                                     proceedings; negotiating and drafting settlement agreements;
                                     conducting internal investigations; preparing and conducting training
                                     seminars on employment issues.
